Flesh Wounds

We've seen a lot of "shinners" over the years, which is not necessarily a bad thing when we learn from our box jumping flesh wounds.  Always remember to be aware and focused before attempting a box jump.  Never take it for granted or assume you'll make it to the top because you have so many times before.  Big arm swing!  Both feet, your ENTIRE foot, land on the box, as Josh shows us nicely here.
