Workout:

For time, teams of two complete the following:
20 wall balls (14/20), 20 KBSs (35/53), 60 double unders, 4 rope climbs, 20 wall balls, 20 KBSs, 60 DUs, 4 rope climbs, 20 wall balls, 20 KBSs, 60 DUs, and 4 rope climbs.  Every minute on the minute the teams stop what they are doing and one partner completes a row buy-in. The initial buy-ins are 200 meters. The distance of the buy-ins decrease by 10 meters when the teams progress to each successive movement. For instance, teams start with a 200 meter row then use the remainder of the minute to complete as many reps of the 20 wall balls as they can. If they do not complete the 20 wall balls they do another 200 meter row at the top of the next minute. Once they finish the 20 wall balls the next buy-in is 190 meters, and will continue to be until 20 KBSs are completed.
