Rhythm And Flow

Hailey has a unique way of coming down in the burpee.  Finding rhythm (or flow) in your movement is key for any sport.  Whether it's certain arm motions in running, a dynamic start in weightlifting, or even a one-legged kick out in the burpee like Hailey here, finding your rhythm will help you be more efficient in any physical activity.
