Barbell Mating Call

If you ever want to hang out with Kyle and you're in the gym, just starting benching and within 5 minutes he'll either magically walk up from the parking lot or he'll come over before, during or after his current workout to join you.  It's like some kind of barbell mating call.  Here he is benching during a rest period in the 9am class he was taking.  He noticed Connor and myself working with some of his warm up weights.  

Workout:

3x1 Front Squat
3x3 Push Press. 

Max Pull up. 
1 minute max Double Under
