Bench (OR) Press

The shoulder press is similar to the bench press in that they are push strengthening movements.  You can move more weight in the bench press, but the shoulder press adds an extra dimension of stability felt through the entire body.  You are really challenged all the way down to your feet to keep a solid stable position when you shoulder press.  Rami is a strong presser, part of that is not only his push strength, but also his ability to keep a stable position.
