Calling All Volunteers!

We are looking for some more volunteers for this years Affiliate Cup.  We need help setting up Friday night (October 23rd) at 6pm, during the day Saturday and clean up when the even is over.  If you'd like to lend a hand please email Gary (glhirthler@gmail.com) with when you can help AND your T-shirt size, THANK YOU!

Workout:

3 rounds with a partner, partners alternate worki/rest every 10 reps:
2 minutes at each station
gassers (10 meters/rep)
double unders
bench press (55/95) or push ups
wall balls (8 ft. target)
jumping pull ups
Score is 1 point for every 10 reps
