4 Rounds Tabata, 2 minutes rest between rounds:

Tabata 1- Each work interval starts with a 6 rep buy-in of push press (65/95) then complete as many reps as possible (AMRAP) of air squats for the remainder each 20 second work period.

Tabata 2- 6 rep buy-in of sumo deadlift high pull (53/70# KB) then AMRAP push ups.

Tabata 3 - 6 rep buy-in of front rack lunges (65/95) then AMRAP pull ups.

Tabata 4 - 6 rep buy-in of KBSs (53/70) then AMRAP sit ups.

Score is the total AMRAP reps completed.
