Workout:

Teams of 4 - running clock:
4 minute AMRAP: 
empty prowler push, low handles.
*one person pushing prowler, 2 people hanging on the bar, 1 person resting, rotate as desired.
- 4 minutes to get 400 meter run - 
4 minute AMRAP:
200 meter run
pull ups AND..
5 ball slam
5 D-ball sit up
*one person 200m run while another person does pull ups, and switch.  Other two teammates are switching back and forth 5 ball slams and 5 sit ups at a time.  Once first two people complete 200m run, swtich couplets.
- 4 minutes to get 400 meter run -
4 minute AMRAP:
row for meters, 10 pulls per person
*one person working at a time

burpee box jump (20/24in)
