All About That Snatch

Beth's snatch was coming together nicely today in the complex.  Check her out as she goes through the high-hang, the hang and the full movement.  Joseph is on the cover, working on moving the body around the bar and not the bar around the body.

1 high hang snatch
1 hang snatch
1 snatch
*every 90 seconds

3 rounds:
2 minutes:  meter row (*score low score at end)
2 minutes: 15 burpees 60 double unders
2 minute: rest
