The Land Of The Dip

We spent some time today talking about doing a "Grace" like clean and jerk using the land of your clean as the dip of your jerk.  This is an effective skill that you do not have to actually learn any new positions.  The only difference is that instead of standing up the clean and then going back down for the dip of the jerk, you just go right into the jerk from the clean.  You can do this because the land of your clean is the exact same position as the dip of your jerk.  If you land in the correct position for your clean, it's way more efficient and effective to go right into the jerk.  Here's Jess showing us what that looks like.
