Super Bowl Spin

Workout:

30 minute AMRAP - Teams of two complete as many rounds as possible of the following:
14 partner med-ball sit ups (10/12), 8 feet apart
200 meter run (distance covered must involve passed football)
burpee high fives (# of reps equals the number of passes it took to run 200 meters)
40 meter weighted sled push (190/280), partners alternate every 4 meters
weighted ball spikes (20/30#, 1-arm ball slams, # of reps equals the number of passes it took to run 200 meters)
3 reps each, bench press (starting weights no heavier than 65/135, weight can be increased by as much as 20 pounds per round)
Two scores, number of rounds completed and combined heaviest 3 rep weight of each teammate.
