The Cutest Part 2

Today in class many of us went for a one rep max Snatch. Some of us were lucky enough to PR and others of us weren't so fortunate. Some of us had an "Aha!" moment with the movement, when everything clicked, while others of us felt like we were in a wrestling match with the barbell the whole time. Some of us felt like singing and dancing while others felt like kicking and screaming. Some of us threw the barbell overhead, and others threw the barbell across the room. That is the snatch. 
Kyle,Sarah and I were talking and he was saying that for every 4 bad days of training you'll have at least one good day of training. It makes the good days that much sweeter. 
And if you didn't have a good today, know that that's one bad day out of the way.
