Coaches Eye

Helene locking the bar out nicely while Carmen keeps a close coaches eye on her.  Have you seen or used the coaches eye app?  It is a very useful tool to analyze movement, especially fast lifts like the clean, jerk and snatch.  

Workout:

20 minute clock:
1 Power Clean
1 Hang (squat) Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Jerk
* every 90 seconds X 5, then work up to a heavy set to the 20 minute mark

3 Rounds:
2 minutes to get:  40 Wall Balls (14/20lb) (10/11ft)
2 minutes to get: 24/30 calories 
2 minutes to get: 15 DB Hang Power Clean into Push Press (25/35lb)
1 minute: rest
