Tremendous Teens and A Noble Cause

What a day for our teens Chase and Christian.  They BOTH not only got their first muscle ups, but they went on to finish 7 of them!  Great job everyone who gave it their best for 15.3 today!

Workout:

4 Rounds:
2 minutes to get as many calories and burpees as possible. Whichever rep total of the two movements is lowest is the score, so ideally the reps will be equal for both movements.
2 minutes to match the above low rep total with a combination of reps of bench press (95/135) and pull ups.
2 minutes rest.
Score is the combined bench press and pull up reps of all four rounds.
