How Many Pull Ups Could You Do In 24 Hours??

Todays main focus in the push press was keeping the bar back.  You see a lot of heavy failed push press and even jerks from not keeping the bar back in the dip and drive.  Keeping the bar back has a lot to do with having a supportive shelf for the bar to rest.  Establish your shelf, find your heels and keep the bar back while you drive the bar overhead with your legs.
