Surprise!

There are some movements in Crossfit, which seem to be mostly bodyweight, that provide huge goals for people to achieve.  The pull up, muscle up and the rope climb are three examples.  We saw a huge effort from a lot of people this past week with 15.3 to get their first, 7 or maybe even as many as 28 muscle ups in a workout.  Here Cristina is, surprising herself, with her first rope climb!
