For time, with a partner, 100 reps of forty meter farmer carry with a dumbbell dead lift at the end of each distance. One partner completes farmer carries while the other AMRAPs 5 wall balls, 10 sit ups, and 15 double unders. Each complete round of the AMRAP negates one rep of farmer carry. When the farmer carrier needs to put down the dumbbells (35/45# the first 50 reps, 25/35# reps 51-100) they switch roles and the partner starting the farmer carry completes 3 shoulder to over head with the dumbbells before starting the carry.
