Three rounds for time with a partner:
Teams try to complete 100 reps per round. Each round both partners do a max rep attempt at goblet squats (53/70) straight into a max rep attempt kettle bell swing. Then a max rep attempt dumbbell push ups straight into a max rep attempt push press (25/35). If they do not achieve 100 reps as a team for the round each partner does the difference from 100 reps of med-ball sit ups, lunges, and double unders.
