7 Rounds:
200 meter run
7 Wall Ball (14/20lb)(10/11ft)
7 Pull Ups
*each round is every 2 minutes
*scale the reps up or down accordingly
*score the lowest number of reps of wall ball and pull up in any round, similar to low score tabata
