Look Kids!

A lot of great stuff to post from todays classes.  The decision was to go with the ever improving Kim Byers and her no-footed rope climb.  This was her fourth attempt after getting three full no-footed rope climbs just before this.  Forget look mum no feet!  How about look kids, your mom is freaking awesome!

15 Chest To Bar Pull Ups
