Split the class into two teams. Each team will have 6 stations (dumbbell lunges (20/30#), shoulder press (15/25#), sit ups, KBSs (35/53), push ups, and ball slams (20/30). At the start, each person completes 60 reps at one of the stations then immediately begins rowing for calories. They continue rowing until everyone on the opposing team has finished 60 reps at one of the stations. Rest 1 minute then teammates start at a different station. Continue until everyone has completed all 6 stations. Score is the total number of calories rowed by each team.
