Business As Usual

Today we were doing hang power snatches in our workout.  The first order of business (after setting hand and feet positioning) was to make sure we were jumping and landing.  Next was to try and keep the arms long all the way through extension, not pulling with the arms early.  Lastly, as Jeri shows us nicely here, was to keep the bar close, ideally getting it in contact with the hips at the power position (what we referred to as "dip" today).
