Partner Sunday

Workout:

For time with a partner:
Row 1,000 meters, alternating rowers. The partner not rowing is doing an unbroken set of double unders. They switch once the double under set is finished, repeating the process until the 1,000 meters is finished.
Row 1,000 meters. The other partner performs a static hold in a push up position on rings. They switch once the teammate can no longer hold the ring plank.
Row 1,000 meters. The other partner is doing hang clean thrusters (53/75#). They switch when the other partner either needs to rest or drops the bar.
Then, 100 partner med-ball sit-ups.
