One good thing about one person working at a time partner workouts is that there's inevitably going to be some rest built in. It's up to you how you perform that rest, Delanie chooses here to rest her head :) while the rest of the crew sits comfortably.
For 25 minutes partners alternate doing complete rounds of 3 bench press, 2 power cleans, 1 rope climb, and 10 seconds of rowing at a 500/split of 1:30 or lower for men and 1:45 or lower for women. Athletes can choose whatever starting weights they want for bench press and power clean and can add up to 10 pounds per round. If they fail at a round they must decrease weight by at least 5 pounds for the next round. Their score is their combined final round weights.
