Great shot from our dinner party Friday night.  Thanks again to everyone who helped, especially Kerrie who absolutely killed it!  And of course the LionFish (lionfishsc.com) guys for providing wonderful food, service and vibes!

6 Rounds for time:
10 Kettle bell swings (35/53)
10 Push ups
10 Ball slams (30/40)
50 meter farmers carry into a 100 meter row sprint.
Rest
Teams of up to 5 people go in order through the above movements. They cannot proceed to the next movement until everyone on their team finishes the station they are on.
