To And Fro

It's great to see these two workout together at 6am, Hailey and Kim.  Kim took Hailey through the on-ramps a couple years back.  Hailey has come a long way since then, now to they point where she pushes her on-ramp coach in lifting and metcons.  They had a nice little healthy back and forth this morning :)
