During today's warm up Eva got her first bodweight pull up (she then did the workout with a band). Your first real pull up can be one of the best "firsts" ever!!
Teams of two start by doing as many reps as possible in one minute of the six following movements, with one minute rest between movements: Push ups, row for calories, pull ups, sit ups, wall balls, and double unders. However many reps they did for each movement in a minute are subtracted from the following set totals: Push up (150), calorie row (100), pull ups (100), sit ups (200), wall balls (150), and double unders (300). After a four minute rest, the teams then complete the difference in reps for each movement for time.
