Teams series workouts were going down today!

Workout:

30 Minute AMRAP -
With a partner complete as many rounds as possible of the following:
2000 meters run/row (partners work at the same time, one running and one rowing, switching whenever they want, until they have accrued 2000 meters between them),
120 reps of air squat/lunges (partners work at the same time, one lunging and one air squating, switching whenever they like, until they have completed 120 reps between them),
60 reps of GHD sit up/toe to bar (same rules as above),
40 reps of DL (135/225)/ box jumps (24/30).

Affiliate Cup Saturday October 24th
All workouts will be two females and two males, but you can sign up for a 5 or 6 person team.  $160 for 4 person team, $200 for 5 or 6 person teams.  
Four divisions: Rx, scaled, 40+ and 50+.
Deadline to sign up: September 30th.

WE ARE ONLY GUARANTEEING FOUR TEAMS PER GYM ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS SO IF YOU WANT TO PARTICIPATE NOW IS THE TIME TO GET YOUR TEAM TOGETHER!
There is a waitlist for teams after the gyms fill their spots, anticipating some gyms may not need four teams, so although we are only guaranteeing four gyms per team, there is still a good chance the bigger gyms will have more than 4 teams.
