Not Super Easy

These interval workouts where you have to hold your number are always really challenging.  Ideally you would start the first round feeling confident in the number you've chosen, then by then end it takes everything you have to squeak out that last piece of work within the time limit.  Today was all about prowler pushes, calorie rows and a run/dumbbell lunge combo to finish.  Not super easy!

Workout:

5 Rounds: 
1 Prowler Push every 90 seconds
*score lowest weight pushed
- rest - 
5 Rounds:
1 min calorie row - 30s rest
*score lowest calories rowed in whatever round
- rest - 
5 Rounds:
200 meter run into choose your number of DB lunges (25/35lb)
*each round is every 90 seconds, score lowest number of db lunges
