It's already here, the First Friday for the month of October will be at Mobos Sushi downtown, Friday October 2nd, 6:30pm.  This is a by reservation party so you MUST RSVP to Gary or via the Facebook event by Wednesday September 30th, por favor :)

EMOM for 9 minutes 5 Thrusters.  Go up every 3 minutes (65/95)(75/105)(85/115)
EMOM for 9 minutes 3 Thrusters.  Go up every 3 minutes (95/135)(105/155)(115/175)
EMOM for 9 minutes 1 Thrusters.  Go up every 3 minutes (125/185)(135/205)(145/225)
*continue on singles, going up 10 pounds jumps, until you can't hold the 1 rep in the minute.

ONLY 7AM CLASS THIS SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 26TH. NO 8,9,10 AND 11AM CLASSES.
