Interesting contrast of photos here. In the first Halley is dealing with 155 or so pounds at the bottom of her back squat. Biomechanically speaking this is the most disadvantageous position she will be in during her squat. She has to create great force through effort to get out of that deeply flexed load bearing position. In the next photo we have Haley completely opened up, extended as much as possible, totally weightless reaching for the rope. Sort of the Yin and Yang of todays training.
