Workout:

10 minute AMRAP:
6 pull ups
8 push ups
12 box jumps (24/20in)
10 minute clock
for time:
400 meter run
21 burpee pull ups
400 meter run
- At the 20 minute mark: partner 200m lunge & 200m run
* for the 200m partner lunge and run.   partner number 1 lunges 20 strides while partner number 2 walks beside.  After 20 lunges, both partners complete 5 burpees.  Then partner number 2 completes 20 lunges while partner number 1 walks beside.  Alternating like this to for 200 meters.  Run back together.
