Here's a question. If for some reason you cannot go heavy in a movement, like todays prowler push for example, but you can still perform the movement at lighter loads, what would be a modification option? Because there is little to no skill in pushing the prowler, attaining a stimulus from the movement requires it to be heavy for low reps, or light for high reps.
The answer to the question is to simply go light, but push more meters.
