A 0r B?

Can you tell the difference between these two photos?  This was actually not staged at all.  I took a photo of Flo (first picture) and then she self-corrected (second photo).  In the first photo she has a slightly over-extended low back (notice how much of the door is showing) and her shoulders are not in a strong supportive position.  In the second photo, she squeezed her rib cage down taking the over-extension out of her low-back, while also getting a stronger overhead position by stacking the shoulders better.
