Josh moved the wall ball height up another foot this morning!

Workout:

5 rounds for time:
Rd. 1 - 2 minutes to get 10 deadlifts, then, at the 2 minute mark: 20 wall balls (14#/20#) (11'/12') and 1 burpee/double under ladder*
Rd. 2 - 3 minutes to complete 8 deadlifts, then 16 wall balls and 1 ladder.
Rd. 3 - 3 minutes to complete 6 deadlifts, then 12 wall balls and 1 ladder.
Rd. 4 - 3 minutes to complete 4 deadlifts, then 8 wall balls and 1 ladder.
Rd. 5 - 3 minutes to complete 2 deadlifts, then 4 wall balls and 1 ladder. Athletes choose their own deadlift starting weight and can add up to 20 pounds each round.
* ladder starts with 1 burpee and one double under, then 1 burpee and 2 double unders, 1 and 3, etc.. until 1 burpee and 10 double unders. Scores are time and final deadlift weight.
