Not Ideal Conditions

I think some of you noticed this morning that the workout was before the lift.  It sounded like this posed a legitimate challenge.  It is an interesting question we've thought about.  Is it better to lift before the metcon or metcon before the lift?  Like I'm sure a lot of you are thinking, the answer is, it depends.  Today may not have been an ideal way to go about doing a 3 x 10 front squat, but do we always want to be lifting in ideal conditions?  
Here is most of the 6am working through their extra challenging 3 x 10 front squat.
