Here We Go!

Fantastic start today to our "board revamp" cycle!  With the amount of shoulder pressing we do, it was phenomenal to see the weights being moved - incredible job all around.  
Ken was super impressive this morning.  Here he is at the top of his 190lb, easy as you like.
