Victory Is Yours!

If you ask 100 crossfitters what the most challenging metcon movement is, what percentage would say thruster?  Do you think thruster would be the most common response?  That is my guess.  
Even though the thruster is the "hardest" movement for a lot of people in CrossFit, it doesn't mean we can't make it a little easier.  One way to do that is to take a moment overhead for a big breath.  You may find a sense of relief up there, where everything is able to relax.

1 split Jerk

7 thruster (65/95lb)
7 toe to bar
