Workout:

5 rounds with a partner for time:
One partner completes 5 kick to handstands, 5 floor press (30/45# DBs), 10 (5 each leg) single leg dead lifts, and 10 (5 each arm) single-arm hang power snatch. The second partner completes a 150 m sprint and 15 T-sit ups. Once both partners are done they switch stations. They continue until each has completed five rounds at each station. Their score is the time it took to complete five rounds plus each partners slowest 150m row.
