Finding Your Breath

Have you put much thought into your breathe during workouts?  Have you noticed if there is ever a rhythm between your breath and your movement?  Finding and focussing on your breath in a workout can be highly beneficial for your output.  It can also, along with a lot of other things, calm your mind and make the workout more enjoyable.
Marshall finds an opportunity overhead to make a big exhalation.

2 prowler trip buy-in (15 meters up, 15 meters back X 2)
