Work - Rest - Work...

Here are three photos from a little tabata sit up the 10am did.  Tabata in Crossfit is an interval of 20 seconds of work, right into 10 seconds of rest, 8 rounds.  You have in the first photo the work phase, then the second photo some smiles during the rest portion, and back to work in the third photo.
