It's ON!

It's ON!  How do you feel after 16.1?  Do you feel like you paced it well?  An easy way to assess that is comparing the time of your first round with your last.  In a longer workout like this, it's crucial to find your pace!

Workout:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 burpees
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Men lunge 95 lb.
Women lunge 65 lb.
