Going Down

Today we worked on legless rope descents (instead of climbs). For most of us this was tougher than climbing without legs. When we do legless climbs we can "scurry" up the rope by using quick hands, and/or use the kip to help us. But with the descent more control and strength is required. Greg was able to get all 10 legless descents today.

1 Rope Climb (legless descent)
3 Bench Press
10 Arch Ups
