Cool shot of Dr. J, aka Dr. Dre, in a prowler push.  Click the photo to see Sho, Scott and Chris on their kettlebell swings.  Notice how Scotts arms are not locked out overhead.  In weightlifting competitions they have a stipulation that if you cannot extend your arms overhead, you must declare that and notify the judges ahead of time so that they don't red-light you for a press-out.  Scott would be one of those guys :)

Workout:
