Four 4-minute rounds with 2 minutes of rest in between:
The rounds start with a buy-in of the Bear Complex (7 times through of power clean, front squat, push press, back squat, push press). If the bar is put down, the athlete must complete 20 double unders before continuing the complex. Athletes choose their own weights each round. After the buy-in until the round is complete, athletes complete as many reps as possible of the following movements: Rd. 1 - ball slams (20/30), Rd. 2 - ring rows, Rd.3 - push ups, and Rd. 4 - sit ups. The score for each round is the weight used in the complex plus the reps of the AMRAP.
