Carmen and the 8am ladies pulling some weight!  That lone bar in the corner there was a guy holding it down for the dudes!

Workout - Running Clock:

2 minutes to complete 10 Deadlifts (~65) & 15 push ups
rest to the 5 minute mark
2 minutes to complete 8 Deadlifts (~65) & 15 push ups
rest to the 9 minute mark
2 minutes to complete 6 Deadlifts (~65) & 15 push ups
rest to the 13 minute mark
2 minutes to complete 4 Deadlifts (~65) & 15 push ups
rest to the 14 minute mark
1 minute to complete 2 Deadlifts (~65) & 15 push ups
