His workouts are like mini adventures.


With a partner for time:
Row ten 150-meter row sprints with mandatory 90 second breaks in between (set rower for the 10 intervals) (1 rowing machined/team).  While not rowing teams also work across the gym away from the rower completing 5 man-eaters and 10 strict sit ups every 4 feet until they are 40 feet away (10 rounds each). Each time a partner goes back to the rower they must lunge back (distance gets farther as workout progresses.) Time is complete at the end of the 10th row and completion of all man-eaters and sit ups.
