Workout:

With a partner, for time, accumulate 30 points then row 1,000 meters as a team, one rowing at a time while the other holds a plank. Points are earned by progressing up a body-weight movement ladder. Athletes start with 1 dead hang pull up and 5 squats, 5 push ups, and 5 sit ups, all reps to be completed unbroken.  If successful, they add one rep to each movement for the next rung.  They get the same number of points as reps of pull ups for the highest rung they complete unbroken.  Once they cannot complete a rung, they must complete 10 sumo deadlift high pulls (65/95) and 10 box jumps (20/24) before starting the ladder again at the bottom.
