Where The Chips May Fall

Here they are, your 2016 Masters Qualifiers.  This photo was taken at the end of the day Sunday.  All five competitors, Marshall, Annie, Collette, Debbie, Carmen and Kelly finished the four workouts.  They all looked great throughout.  Now let's see where the chips may fall!

Workout:

With a partner for time:

Station 1 - 60 Hang power clean (95/135) and jerks (one partner cleaning, one jerking, switching roles on the change of interval)

Station 2 - 600 double unders (both working at the same time)

Station 3 - 60 muscle ups (modify with one person dipping, one ring rowing)

Athletes work on 20 second intervals with 10 seconds of rest and can switch roles at the start of any interval. Every 2:00, or 4 Tabata intervals, teams switch movement stations, rotating through all three stations until all the reps are complete.
