Effective Fun

Today we played with hitting our bench press sets one after the other, with essentially no rest in between.  Not only was this super fun, but it sure was effective.  Here is Rosemary and Rowena helping Anita so that she doesn't have to rack the bar.

Workout:

3 Rounds:
Bench Press 2-4-6 - rest 3-5 minutes
*decreasing weight, no rest between sets

100 burpees for time
*2 shuttle run trips EMOM (10 meters up and back = 1 trip)
